Runs a little small. I normally wear a small, and this is HARD to get off my back, since the pads get in the way. By the way, the shoulder pads are hard plastic, which is great. Good for DJ sessions in the summer. Not sure I'll enbd up using this much though. I think body armor will end up getting more use, but I'm either a XC (little protection, if any) or DH (full armor) guy.
