I very much like these glasses. The reading glass portion is small but adequate; enough to serve for short bits of reading. The color of tint is interesting. As the manufacturer description says, they enhance blues and yellows and reduce others. Between that and the polarization, they do a great job of improving clarity and reducing glare. They are not very dark, verging on too light. They are almost not enough for a bright day. Mechanical construction/quality seems good after several weeks including two in Italy.
