I bought these because they were the cheapest set I could find. They're sturdy and aren't gonna fall apart anytime soon. On the down side they are kinda heavy. Which for a beginner is great because it will make you stronger. I own some more expensive and lighter draws now so I try to place these first to lighten my belt.

I ordered this for my 9 year old who LOVES penguins. To their credit, it did arrive quickly. However, it was not the best quality and after only one day's use - yes, ONE -it was already ripped on the corner of a seam (and not the bottom), and the inside showed significant wear and would soon develop holes there. I contacted the seller who responded very quickly and have sent it back for a refund. The seller did say that they were switching to a new supplier, but I thought it not worth the risk a second time.

I have used other clip on sunglasses with other glasses and they can not compare. The color is dark enough, but not so dark you can't see. I like that they protect the eyes from UV damage. It makes being outdoors in bright sun bearable again.
1) Worth the cost. Other clip ons have little plastic wrapped "feet" that don't also clip on scratch free. These do.

2) I have THICK lenses... it doesn't matter since the attachment is on the nose bridge.

3) I have THICK lenses and bought the silhouette from to minamize weight on my face and ears. These clip ons stay with that same philosophy. Other glasses/clip combinations have slid from my nose, or just been so heavy it was almost not worth wearing them.

4) The protective case is simple, clean and sturdy.

All in all I really enjoy wearing them, and seeing more clearly in summer.

At 250 lbs and 5'10", I have found it difficult to find bike clothing options in my size. Women-specific options are just about non-existent. I got the 3xl size in these, and found them to be just snug enough not to bunch and chafe, but also not binding on my belly and thighs. Also, the length is good for my long legs -- the bottom opening goes to about the middle of my kneecaps. I wear these under capris or long tights, and they work great, very comfortable for a 20+ mile ride on a road bike with a hard skinny saddle.
