I was looking for a slim black bag vaguely similar to the Tumi Alpha Slim Deluxe Portfolio Briefcase Briefcase that would fit a 15" laptop. Most "slim" bags I found were 3-3.5" thick, several times the 1" depth of the laptop itself. This bag offers very little in the way of additional pockets--there's enough room for a few papers and small items like thumb drives and business cards--and is consequently only 2" wide. The bag certainly isn't made from premium materials, but at least it is durable and doesn't seem to pick up dirt or pet hair.
