Silver LEvertigo Apple 15" notebook bag Review

I just got this bag this morning, and I'm extremely pleased with it. I'm currently a graphic design student at Full Sail University, and before I bought this bag, I was carrying my MacBook Pro in a neoprene sleeve, and all my accessories in a larger shoulder bag that also doubled as my purse. With this bag, I got everything I was looking for, which was primarily a place that I could store everything I needed for class without making the laptop bag bulky.

My 15 inch MacBook Pro fits perfectly in the far back pocket, and will even fit, though a little snug, while it's in the neoprene sleeve, though I don't recommend that, as it makes the bag's top flap a little harder to close. In the next pocket, I have my Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch tablet, which is roughly the same size of my MacBook Pro, if not a little smaller in length. In the next pocket, I have an 8.5x11 sketchbook that's leatherbound and approximately 100-150 pages, so it's not very thick. Even with all three of these items right next to each other, the bag does not get bulky and the flap easily closes over the front. There's a "hidden" zippered pocket in front of the sleeve that my sketchbook sits in, and in that I have the USB cable for my tablet, and the tablet pen.

In the front three smaller pockets, I have my iPhone in one, and a small notebook mouse in the other. The mouse does make closing the bag a little awkward, though it's not too bad. And lastly, in the very bottom zippered pocket, I was able to store a small day planner, and some pens and pencils.

Essentially this is all I ever bring to class, as I take notes on my Mac. In shorter review, these were the items I was able to fit in the bag without it becoming bulky and over-stuffed.

So, I both disagree and agree with the review below. You CAN fit quite a lot of things in this bag, but it really depends on where you place them and what those items are. As far as this bag being for papers in addition to a laptop, it would be fine if they were in a folder, but I wouldn't store loose documents in the pockets. For me, this bag works perfectly, as I can have everything I need in one place, rather than having my tablet in one bag, and my laptop in another.

Now you're probably wondering, "With all those things in it, is it heavy?" I personally don't think so, and while I'm not sure of the exact weight with all of my items in the bag, it doesn't weigh more than seven pounds I'm sure. If you wear the strap going across your chest, rather than just on your shoulder, it lightens the load a little more because you're using your torso to carry the bag more or less so it's a little more comfortable.

5 stars on appearance because the blue on the inside is absolutely beautiful and overall it's a very unique looking laptop bag, which is exactly why I bought it =]

5 stars on construction quality because it's very sturdy and made out of tough material. In my opinion, much better than storing your laptop in nothing but a neoprene sleeve.

4 stars on ease of use because maneuvering the flap to remove your laptop can take a bit of getting used to, as you sort of have to "unfold" the top parts. The zippers also get a little stuck sometimes, but that may just be because it's new. Overall though it's pretty self-explanatory. It's mostly just pockets!

I am extremely happy with this bag, and I will say that it's definitely worth the price, especially if you're looking for a bag with a unique look and design that rivals most other laptop bags.
